USA Homepage 2026 America 250 Sweepstakes

(Milestone Drawings and Sellout Bonus Drawing)

Last Updated: May 24th, 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The USA Homepage 2026 America 250 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored, administered, and conducted by USA Homepage LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with a principal place of business at 141 Traction Street, PMB 250, Greenville, SC 29611 (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is offered in connection with the website usahomepage.com (the “Site”).

2. Sweepstakes Overview

The Sweepstakes consists of two (2) components, each governed by these Official Rules:

  • (a) Milestone Drawings. For each twenty-five thousand U.S. dollars ($25,000) of cumulative Gross Pixel-Block Revenue (defined below) earned by Sponsor during the Promotion Period (defined below), one (1) Milestone Drawing for a cash prize of two thousand five hundred U.S. dollars ($2,500) will be conducted. Milestone Drawings for all $25,000 milestones reached on or before July 3, 2026 will be conducted on July 4, 2026 (the “July 4 Drawing Day”). Milestone Drawings for $25,000 milestones reached after July 3, 2026 will be conducted on a rolling basis, within seven (7) days of each subsequent milestone being reached, subject to the Outside Date in Section 3.
  • (b) Sellout Bonus Drawing. If, at any time during the Promotion Period, one hundred percent (100%) of pixel-blocks available for purchase on the Site are claimed (the “Sellout Trigger”), one (1) additional drawing for a cash prize of twenty-five thousand U.S. dollars ($25,000) will be conducted within seven (7) days of the date of the Sellout Trigger.

“Gross Pixel-Block Revenue” means the cumulative gross dollar amount of all pixel-block purchases completed on the Site, calculated before deduction of payment processing fees and exclusive of any sales tax collected. Direct contributions made through the “Support DonorsChoose” flow or the optional checkout donation add-on are excluded from Gross Pixel-Block Revenue for purposes of Milestone Drawing triggers and do not generate entries (see Section 5(c)).

3. Promotion Period

Start Date:May 25, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“Start Date”).

July 4 Drawing Day Entry Deadline:July 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. All entries — Purchase and AMOE — received by this deadline are eligible for all Milestone Drawings conducted on July 4, 2026.

Rolling Milestone Drawing Entry Deadlines: For each Milestone Drawing conducted after July 4, 2026, all entries received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date the corresponding $25,000 milestone is reached are eligible for that drawing.

Sellout Bonus Entry Deadline:the date and time of the Sellout Trigger, as recorded in Sponsor's transaction records. All entries received by this deadline are eligible for the Sellout Bonus Drawing.

Outside Date:July 4, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Outside Date”). The Promotion Period ends on the Outside Date. No Milestone Drawings will be conducted, and the Sellout Bonus Drawing will not be conducted, for milestones reached or for sellout occurring after the Outside Date. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, extend the Outside Date by posting an updated version of these Official Rules on the Site.

Drawing Cadence Discretion. Where multiple $25,000 milestones are reached within a short window after July 4, 2026, Sponsor may, in its reasonable discretion, batch up to five (5) consecutive Milestone Drawings into a single drawing event held within seven (7) days of the most recent triggering milestone, provided that no eligible entry pool is materially advantaged or disadvantaged by such batching.

4. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-seven (47) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, RHODE ISLAND, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, ALL OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island may purchase pixel-blocks and participate in all other aspects of the Site (including the Honoree Wall, the Heroes Ticker, and direct contributions to DonorsChoose), but are not eligible to enter, win, or receive any prize in the Sweepstakes. The state-of-allocation designation associated with a New York, Florida, or Rhode Island purchase remains effective for purposes of DonorsChoose allocation and Site recognition surfaces.

Employees, officers, directors, members, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliated entities, and members of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, and spouses) and households (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win.

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods are weighted equally; one (1) entry under either method has the same odds of being selected as one (1) entry under the other.

(a) Purchase Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, a participant may obtain one (1) entry into the Milestone Drawing pool and one (1) entry into the Sellout Bonus Drawing pool for each pixel-block purchased on the Site at the then-current price. Multiple pixel-block purchases generate multiple entries (one entry per pixel-block purchased). All purchases must be completed and paid before the applicable Entry Deadline to be eligible.

(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

During the Promotion Period, a participant may obtain one (1) entry into the Milestone Drawing pool, the Sellout Bonus Drawing pool, or both, at no cost and without any purchase, donation, or payment of any kind, by hand-printing the following information on a 3″ × 5″ plain index card (one entry per card):

  • Full legal name
  • Complete mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP)
  • Daytime telephone number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • State of Allocation — one (1) U.S. state or the District of Columbia (used only in the event the entrant wins and elects the Designated Contribution option under Section 8)
  • Which drawing(s) the entry is for: “Milestone Drawing,” “Sellout Bonus Drawing,” or “Both”
  • The handwritten phrase: “USA Homepage 2026 America 250 Sweepstakes”

Mail the completed card in a hand-addressed envelope with first-class postage to:

USA Homepage 2026 Sweepstakes AMOE
141 Traction Street, PMB 250
Greenville, SC 29611

Limits: One (1) entry per card and per envelope. Each envelope must be hand-addressed by the entrant. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, incomplete, late, postage-due, mass-mailed, or otherwise non-conforming entries are void.

Deadlines: For the July 4 Drawing Day Milestone Drawings, AMOE cards must be postmarked on or before June 30, 2026, and received by Sponsor on or before July 3, 2026. For each subsequent rolling Milestone Drawing, AMOE cards must be postmarked on or before the date the corresponding $25,000 milestone is reached and received by Sponsor within four (4) days of that date. AMOE cards directed to the Sellout Bonus Drawing pool must be postmarked on or before the date of the Sellout Trigger and received by Sponsor within four (4) days of the Sellout Entry Deadline. Because the dates of rolling Milestone Drawings and the Sellout Trigger are not known in advance, prospective AMOE entrants are advised to consult usahomepage.com/impact for live milestone status before mailing. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, garbled, or postage-due mail.

(c) Direct Donations Do Not Generate Entries

Direct contributions made through the “Support DonorsChoose” donation flow or the optional checkout donation add-on offered at $25, $250, or $2,500 or any other value do not generate Sweepstakes entries and do not increase a participant's chances of winning. Only (i) the purchase of a pixel-block and (ii) a valid AMOE submission generate entries.

6. Drawings and Winner Selection

(a) Milestone Drawings

The total number of Milestone Drawings conducted will equal the cumulative Gross Pixel-Block Revenue earned by Sponsor during the Promotion Period divided by $25,000, rounded down to the nearest whole number. Based on Sponsor's projected sell-through scenarios, the estimated number of Milestone Drawings is between approximately forty-six (46) and two hundred three (203); the actual number will be determined solely by cumulative Gross Pixel-Block Revenue earned during the Promotion Period.

July 4 Drawing Day. On July 4, 2026, Sponsor will conduct one (1) Milestone Drawing for each $25,000 milestone reached on or before July 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Each such Milestone Drawing winner will be selected by random draw from the pool of all eligible entries (Purchase and AMOE combined) received on or before the July 4 Drawing Day Entry Deadline.

Rolling Milestone Drawings (after July 4, 2026). For each $25,000 milestone reached after July 3, 2026 and on or before the Outside Date, Sponsor will conduct one (1) Milestone Drawing within seven (7) days of the date the milestone is reached. Each rolling Milestone Drawing winner will be selected by random draw from the pool of all eligible entries (Purchase and AMOE combined) received on or before the date the corresponding milestone is reached.

An entrant remains eligible across all Milestone Drawings until selected as a winner, and is automatically entered into each subsequent drawing based on entries acquired on or before the applicable entry deadline. An entrant who wins one Milestone Drawing remains in the entry pool for subsequent Milestone Drawings and the Sellout Bonus Drawing; the probability of any single entrant winning multiple Drawings is statistically negligible but not zero, and is expressly contemplated by these Official Rules.

(b) Sellout Bonus Drawing

If the Sellout Trigger occurs, Sponsor will conduct one (1) Sellout Bonus Drawing within seven (7) days of the Sellout Entry Deadline. The Sellout Bonus winner will be selected by random draw from the pool of all eligible entries (Purchase and AMOE combined) received on or before the Sellout Entry Deadline.

(c) Selection Method

All winners will be selected using a randomization drawing, which produces a publicly verifiable transaction record for each drawing and maintains a public verification page for the drawing for not less than five (5) years from the date of the drawing. The transaction ID and public verification link, the size of each entry pool at the time of drawing, and the selected winner's first name, last initial, and state will be posted on usahomepage.com/rules and retained by Sponsor for audit for a period of not less than five (5) years.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in each applicable drawing pool by the applicable Entry Deadline.

8. Prizes and Winner’s Choice

(a) Milestone Drawing Prize

Each Milestone Drawing winner is eligible to receive a prize valued at two thousand five hundred U.S. dollars ($2,500) (each, a “Milestone Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per Milestone Prize: $2,500. Estimated total ARV of all Milestone Prizes (Conservative scenario, approximately 46 drawings): $115,000. Maximum total ARV of all Milestone Prizes (Sellout scenario, approximately 203 drawings): $532,500.

(b) Sellout Bonus Prize

The Sellout Bonus Drawing winner is eligible to receive a prize valued at twenty-five thousand U.S. dollars ($25,000) (the “Sellout Bonus Prize”). ARV: $25,000. The Sellout Bonus Prize will only be awarded if the Sellout Trigger occurs on or before the Outside Date.

(c) Total Maximum ARV

Maximum total ARV of all prizes available under the Sweepstakes (Sellout scenario, approximately 203 Milestone Drawings + 1 Sellout Bonus Drawing): $532,500. This ARV is used for any required state registration determinations under Section 13.

(d) Winner's Choice

Each winner may elect, by written notice received by Sponsor within the Claim Period (defined in Section 9), to receive the prize in one (1) of two (2) forms:

  • (i) Cash. Payment of the prize amount to the winner by check or wire transfer. Cash prizes are taxable income to the winner; Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC and any other required information return. Sponsor may withhold or backup-withhold to the extent required by applicable law.
  • (ii) Designated Contribution. The winner declines the cash prize and authorizes Sponsor to contribute the prize amount directly to the DonorsChoose project pool associated with the winner's State of Allocation. If the winner elects this option: (A) Sponsor is the donor of record for the contribution; (B) no IRS Form 1099-MISC is issued to the winner; (C) no charitable tax deduction is available to the winner; and (D) the winner will receive permanent recognition on the 250 USA Honoree Wall and 250 USA Heroes Ticker on the Site, subject to standard attribution defaults (first name + last initial for individuals; organization name for entities; anonymous option available on written request).

(e) No Substitution

No prize substitution, transfer, or assignment is permitted except as expressly provided in Section 8(d). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

9. Winner Notification and Claim Procedure

Each winner will be notified by Sponsor using the email address and/or telephone number on file for the winning entry (Purchase Entries) or provided on the AMOE card (AMOE Entries) within forty-eight (48) hours of the applicable drawing. The winner must respond to Sponsor and confirm prize election within seven (7) calendar days of the date notification is first sent (the “Claim Period”). To claim, the winner must complete and return, within the Claim Period:

  • (i) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release;
  • (ii) a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law);
  • (iii) IRS Form W-9 (cash election only); and
  • (iv) any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor or required for state-registration compliance.

If a winner does not respond within the Claim Period, declines both prize options, fails to provide required documentation, is determined to be ineligible, or is otherwise disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and will default to a Designated Contribution to the DonorsChoose project pool associated with the winner's State of Allocation, with no individual attribution. Sponsor's good-faith determinations regarding eligibility, claim sufficiency, and forfeiture are final and binding.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes (including income, withholding, gift, estate, and reporting obligations) associated with receipt of any cash prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to each winner electing the cash option in accordance with applicable law. Winners electing the Designated Contribution option receive no Form 1099-MISC and no charitable tax deduction (see Section 8(d)(ii)).

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, state of residence, voice, biographical information, and, for entity winners, organization name and mark, in connection with announcement of the winner and Sponsor's promotional, advertising, marketing, and public-relations activities related to the Sweepstakes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation. Tennessee residents: publicity rights are subject to separate written consent.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants is collected, used, retained, and disclosed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at usahomepage.com/privacy. AMOE entry cards will be retained by Sponsor for the duration of the Promotion Period plus a reasonable audit period, not less than 12 months, and then destroyed.

13. State Eligibility and Registration

The Sweepstakes is structured to fall below or outside the registration and bonding thresholds of all U.S. states by means of the eligibility exclusions in Section 4. Specifically, the Sweepstakes excludes residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, which are the three U.S. states that impose mandatory registration and/or surety bond obligations on promotional sweepstakes at or below the Total Maximum ARV calculated in Section 8(c).

14. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Site, or the Sweepstakes; engaging in fraud, abuse, or any violation of these Official Rules; or acting in a manner Sponsor determines to be disruptive, threatening, abusive, or harassing. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, garbled, postage-due, or otherwise non-conforming entries; for any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; or for any printing, typographical, or human errors that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.

In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, an entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person to whom the email account associated with the entry was issued (for Purchase Entries) or by the natural person whose handwriting appears on the AMOE card (for AMOE Entries), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to require any entrant to provide proof of identity and eligibility before awarding any prize.

Gift Purchases.Where a pixel-block is purchased as a gift through the Site's gift flow, the Sweepstakes entry generated by that purchase is attached to the natural person making the payment (the “buyer”), not to the recipient. The recipient receives the right to manage the associated pixel-block (including image and link) but receives no Sweepstakes entry by reason of the gift. If the buyer is a resident of a state excluded under Section 4, no Sweepstakes entry is generated by the purchase.

If the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules due to fraud, virus, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that, in Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof, and to select winners from among eligible non-suspect entries received before the action taken. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

15. Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and DonorsChoose.org, Inc., from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) any error, omission, interruption, or malfunction relating to the Sweepstakes or the Site; (iii) the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-receipt of any prize; (iv) any prize-related travel or activity; or (v) any claim of personal injury, property damage, or violation of rights of publicity, privacy, defamation, or copyright. The Released Parties make no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, with respect to any prize.

16. Disputes; Governing Law; Arbitration

Except where prohibited by applicable law: (a) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsor, or the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would cause application of the laws of any other jurisdiction; and (b) any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules that is not resolved by direct discussion within thirty (30) days shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, with the arbitration seated in Greenville, SC.

Class action waiver. Each entrant agrees that any dispute will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or other consolidated proceeding, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Winner List; Rules Request

For a list of winners (available no earlier than thirty (30) days after the applicable drawing), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by July 31, 2027 to:

18. DonorsChoose

DonorsChoose.org, Inc. (“DonorsChoose”) is a charitable beneficiary of contributions made by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes and is not a sponsor, administrator, or co-sponsor of the Sweepstakes. DonorsChoose has not endorsed or approved any portion of these Official Rules and has no responsibility or liability with respect to the conduct of the Sweepstakes.
