Content Policy

USA Homepage is a shared canvas — every image is publicly visible on the map. We keep clear rules so the experience stays welcoming for everyone. Most uploads pass automatically; this page covers what isn't allowed, how we review, and what happens if your image is rejected.

What's Not Allowed

The following types of content will be rejected. When in doubt, choose something else.

Nudity & Explicit Content

Pornography, sexually explicit imagery, or graphic nudity. Artistic or educational uses (classical art, medical references) are reviewed case-by-case and generally will not be approved.

Hate Symbols

Symbols, logos, or imagery associated with hate groups, white supremacy, neo-Nazism, or any organization that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

Targeted Harassment

Images designed to threaten, bully, defame, or harass a specific person or group. This includes doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery, and content meant to intimidate.

Copyrighted Imagery You Don't Own

Logos, artwork, photographs, or designs owned by someone else — unless you have the rights or written permission. Your own original work, your company's logo, and anything you're licensed to use are all welcome.

Political Campaign Advertisements

Images that promote or oppose a political candidate, party, ballot measure, or political action committee. General civic imagery — flags, landmarks, historical figures — are generally acceptable. Campaign ads are not.

Impersonation

Images that falsely represent a person, brand, or organization you're not affiliated with. Parody and satire are reviewed case-by-case, but must not be reasonably mistaken for the real thing.

How We Review Content

Fast, fair, transparent — here's how we screen every upload.

1

Automated Screening

Every upload is scanned automatically the moment it's submitted. Images that clearly meet our guidelines go live on the map immediately. Anything flagged is held for human review.

2

Human Review for Edge Cases

When the automated system isn't sure, a member of our team takes a look. Most reviews finish within 24 hours. Your management page shows an “Under Review” status while this happens.

3

Rejection Notification

If your image is rejected, we'll email you with the reason. Your management page also shows the rejection status. No surprises — you'll always know why.

If Your Image Is Rejected

A rejection isn't the end — you have options.

Upload a Replacement

Your blocks are still yours — just upload a new image from your management page. Most replacements are approved instantly, and you can swap as many times as you want.

Or Request a Full Refund

Don't want to try again? Request a full refund and your blocks return to the map for others to purchase. No questions, no hassle.
